Project support and pricing
Support can include a nursery setup roadmap, policy and procedure review, a nursery foundations project or ongoing leadership mentoring. Contact me for the price list. For a tailored project, we’ll discuss your setting, priorities and the support you need, then agree the scope, deliverables and total price before work begins.
Working internationally
We start with your children, families, culture and local requirements. My Ofsted and local authority experience comes from running nurseries in England. For overseas projects, we adapt practice with your local team and relevant advisers; local licensing, legal requirements and regulatory approvals remain with the appropriate local professionals and authorities. Online consultancy is available by arrangement; overseas visits and travel are quoted separately.

What can a nursery consultant help with?
Support can cover nursery setup, policies and procedures, staff development, parent partnerships, inclusion and leadership. Aqsa works with your team to agree the priorities and scope for your setting.
Can you run an online workshop for our staff?
Yes. The standard staff workshop is 90 minutes online for up to 20 staff, with a team action sheet, practical resources and time for questions. Other formats can be discussed.
Can you support a nursery project outside the UK?
Yes. Online consultancy is available by arrangement and takes your local context into account. Aqsa’s regulatory experience is from England; local licensing and approvals remain with the relevant local professionals and authorities.
