For nursery founders, owners and leaders
Whether you are planning a nursery, reviewing provision or taking on a new leadership role, it helps to decide what needs attention first. Aqsa offers practical consultancy based on nursery ownership and management experience in England.
Start with a 90-minute online strategy consultation for one setting. You receive a short written priorities summary. If a wider project would be useful, we agree its scope, deliverables and fee separately.
What we can work on
- Your provision: the children and families you aim to support, daily routines and learning environment.
- Your foundations: a practical setup roadmap, opening priorities and areas needing specialist input.
- Policies in practice: procedures, induction and clear responsibilities.
- Your team: leadership mentoring, staff development and communication.
- Family partnerships: enquiries, settling arrangements and useful parent communication.
- Inclusion: making everyday experiences more accessible and joining up support.
A clear process for your project
- Start with a conversation. Explain your setting, stage and main concern. A free introductory call can help establish whether the support is a fit.
- Agree the work. Choose a strategy consultation or discuss a tailored project. You receive the scope, fee and terms before committing.
- Set priorities. Review the agreed area, identify practical actions and distinguish what needs local regulatory or specialist advice.
- Plan the follow-through. Agree responsibilities and review points. Ongoing mentoring is available by arrangement, rather than automatically included.
Grounded in running nurseries
Aqsa owns and manages Mini Miners Nursery in Burnage and Kids World Nursery & Pre-School in Heald Green.
Her consultancy draws on setting up provision, leading staff, developing policies and working with parents, Ofsted and local authorities. That practical perspective helps connect a written plan to the daily work of a setting.
UK and international nursery enquiries
Online projects are welcome from the UK and overseas, including the UAE and Qatar. Share your location, time zone and the stage of your plans so the right format can be discussed.
Aqsa’s Ofsted and local authority experience comes from England. For an overseas project, local licensing, premises approvals and legal requirements remain with the relevant local professionals and authorities. Consultancy does not guarantee registration or an inspection outcome.
On-site visits and travel are quoted separately. Advice is adapted with your local team rather than treating English requirements as universal.
What to include in your enquiry
Tell Aqsa whether your setting is planned or operating, where it is based, the ages you intend to support and the issue you want to work on. You do not need to send confidential records, staff files or children’s information at this stage.
If your immediate priority is developing the team, see early years staff training. If it is an event for families, explore parent workshops.
Find your next step
