Aqsa, founder of Around the Child

Meet your consultant

Hello,
I’m Aqsa.

Founder · Early Years Leader · Parenting Consultant

Let’s look at what’s happening
around the child.

I’m Aqsa, the founder of Around the Child, an early years leader and a nursery owner and manager with 15 years’ experience. My work has shaped the way I think about children: their feelings, relationships, routines and surroundings all deserve our attention.

My experience includes setting up and running nurseries, working with Ofsted and local authorities, developing policies and procedures, child behaviour and development, and practical support for children with SEN / SEND. I bring that perspective to conversations with parents, school and nursery teams, and community groups. Together, we can explore a concern, reflect on what you’ve already tried and choose practical next steps.

You’ll find warmth, clear language and an approach that respects the child, their family and the people caring for them.

My work in early years
