Your enquiry.
Your information.
This notice covers the website and initial enquiries to Aqsa at Around the Child.
Who to contact
Aqsa is the contact for Around the Child enquiries and privacy questions. Email stayaroundthechild@gmail.com with any enquiry or privacy question. You can also message @aroundthechild on Instagram.
Using the enquiry form
The support finder prepares a message in your browser. When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email address, chosen service, optional country, optional information about how you heard of Around the Child, and message are sent to FormSubmit for processing and delivery to Aqsa’s Gmail inbox. A security check may be required before submission completes. The form does not create a booking or take a payment.
When you send a message
Aqsa receives the information you submit through the form or send by email. If you use Instagram, Aqsa can also see the profile information available with your message. Your details are used to respond, arrange an introductory call, send the requested price list and discuss a quote or next steps. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. If you choose to tell us how you heard of Around the Child, that answer helps Aqsa understand which channels bring enquiries.
For an individual requesting a service, this supports steps you ask for before a contract. For a representative contacting us for an organisation, the purpose is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can object to this use by contacting Aqsa.
Children and client information
This website is for adults seeking support. Keep your first enquiry general: please do not send children’s full names, medical reports or sensitive family information through this form, ordinary email or Instagram.
Before client information is requested for a paid service, you will receive the relevant service privacy information, including what is needed, why, how it will be shared or stored and how long it will be kept. Any sensitive information about a child requires appropriate arrangements before collection.
Keeping and sharing enquiries
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond, manage any agreed follow-up and resolve related questions or disputes. Retention is assessed against whether the enquiry is active, follow-up was requested or a dispute or legal obligation requires the record. Email enquiries are held in Gmail; Instagram holds messages sent through its service. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained in its submission archive for 30 days. Its retention is separate from the copy delivered to Aqsa’s inbox.
Any sharing beyond the communication service must have an appropriate purpose, such as an agreed referral, a legal requirement or a safeguarding concern. Please ask Aqsa before sending information that you would not want included in an initial enquiry.
Website services and external links
The site uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and Google Fonts for typography. These services receive connection information needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address. FormSubmit receives form data and connection information when you submit; its security check may use Google reCAPTCHA. Google processes email through Gmail. Instagram receives information when you use its service. Provider policies explain their processing, storage locations and controls: FormSubmit, OpenAI, Google and Meta / Instagram.
No advertising pixels, analytics scripts or embedded Instagram feed have been added to this website. The hosting and sign-in service may use its own cookies or similar technologies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restrictions on use or a copy of your information. Which rights apply depends on the circumstances. Contact Aqsa using the details above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
The support finder displays general service suggestions. It does not make diagnoses, decide eligibility or make a booking for you.
